MHT CET CAP Round 1 allotment 2026 released at cetcell.mahacet.org; candidates must complete seat acceptance by August 5

The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra released the MHT CET CAP Round 1 provisional allotment list for engineering and management admissions on August 2, 2026, at cetcell.mahacet.org.

Candidates must complete seat acceptance, fee payment, and institute reporting between August 3 and August 5, 2026.

Candidates allotted their first preference will have their seats automatically frozen and cannot participate in later rounds.

Candidates opting for Betterment can retain their current seat while remaining eligible for subsequent rounds.

The counselling process will continue through four CAP rounds before institute-level admissions begin.
