Pune professional says no work is scarier than deadlines

Nihar Patil, a Pune-based professional, shared a video on Instagram arguing that having little or no work in a corporate job is scarier than pressure and deadlines.

Patil said having meaningful work allows professionals to learn, solve problems, make mistakes, and become dependable, which is how careers grow.

He cautioned that receiving a salary without handling new projects or acquiring skills creates a gap that others fill, as corporate and technology change fast.

Patil advised employees without challenges to pursue certifications, side projects, volunteer for initiatives, or learn additional skills.

He said comfort should not be confused with career growth, and pressure, when managed well, indicates you are still in the game.
