Mumbai EOW Registers FIR Against RRD Heights & Builders Pvt. Ltd., Directors In ₹77.80-Crore Fraud Case Over

Mumbai EOW registered an FIR against RRD Heights & Builders Pvt. Ltd. and directors Mehul Gosar, Piyush Gosar, and Deepak Gosar for alleged cheating of ₹77.80 crore.

The complaint was filed by Nirmal Lifestyle Properties Pvt. Ltd. regarding an SRA project at Gawanpada, Mulund (West).

RRD Heights failed to honour MoUs from 2010, 2016, and 2018, including not allotting 52 rehabilitation flats and selling a reserved flat to a third party.

The builder handed over a flat with 416 sq. ft. less carpet area than agreed and paid only ₹3.70 crore of the ₹8.92 crore owed.

Nirmal Lifestyle claimed a total loss of ₹77.80 crore due to the alleged breaches.
