Bhumi Pednekar urged support for flood-hit Assam via Instagram, recalling relief efforts in Punjab last year.

Bhumi Pednekar stated 7.5 lakh people evacuated, over 40 deaths, and entire villages washed away in Assam floods.

Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma's office thanked Bhumi Pednekar for standing with Assam.

Singer Nilotpal Bora also thanked Bhumi Pednekar for her support.

Bhumi Pednekar requested donations of food, mattresses, sanitation supplies, and evacuation aid.
