Ghansolis Long-Pending Simplex Housing Redevelopment Moves Ahead As NMMC Issues Urban Renewal Plan

NMMC issued an Urban Renewal Plan notification for Simplex Housing Colony in Ghansoli.

The redevelopment targets ageing C-1 category buildings considered unsafe.

Around 3,500 families are expected to benefit from the project.

The proposal is open for public suggestions and objections for 30 days.
