Aerotropolis project: Landowners from first phase still await possession of developed plots

  1. Around 6,500 to 7,000 landowners who received letters of intent in 2021 for Pockets A to D of the Aerotropolis project still await possession of developed plots.

  4. The first-phase compensation ranged from ₹1.8 crore to ₹4 crore per acre, while Mattran village received ₹8.28 crore per acre in the second phase.
