Matt Damon sold his Miami Beach Mediterranean estate in 2014 for $15.4 million, after buying it in 2005 for $14.5 million.

He purchased a penthouse triplex in The Standish, Brooklyn Heights, for $16.745 million, moving in around 2020.

His former Pacific Palisades mansion, with seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, was listed for $21 million in 2021 before being reduced and sold.

In 2022, he bought a state-of-the-art estate in Bedford Hills, New York.

His real estate portfolio also includes properties reflecting his New York roots and luxury investments.
