JSW Steel to sell shares worth Rs 811 crore in JSW One's IPO

JSW Steel's board approved participation in JSW One Platforms Ltd's IPO.

JSW Steel will sell equity shares worth Rs 811 crore as a promoter selling shareholder.

The sale will be executed through an offer for sale (OFS) in the IPO.
