Only 61% SIR forms digitised in Delhi as house-to-house drive nears end

% of Special Intensive Revision (SIR) electoral forms digitised in Delhi with less than a week left in house-to-house drive.

Forms distributed to 1,45,06,579 electors; overall coverage at 99.97%, but only 88,06,596 digitised.

Outer north district leads digitisation at 71.11%; south east lowest at 47.83%, east 53.16%, south 54.12%.

Booth level officers have collected about 80% of forms but details not yet uploaded; directed to digitise within time.

SIR enumeration phase concludes August 8; draft revised electoral roll publication pushed to August 17, final to October 19.
