Australia presses China over South Pacific ballistic missile test

Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong raised concern over China's ballistic missile test in the South Pacific during talks in Manila.

A Chinese submarine fired a nuclear-capable missile with a dummy warhead that reached far into the Pacific Ocean.

Wong stressed the need for greater transparency and safe, responsible military conduct by China.
