Karnataka HC quashed proceedings against a college student for an Instagram DM calling a classmate 'pretty'.

The student was booked under voyeurism, stalking, and outraging modesty of a woman.

The judge noted the exchange was private and used Gen Z lingo, finding no grounds for the charges.
