Tech volunteers join hands to beautify north Bengaluru underpass

Around 150 employees of a multinational company partnered with Bengaluru North City Corporation to beautify the Judicial Layout railway underpass.

Volunteers painted the underpass in shades of green to reflect the surrounding GKVK campus and greenery off Airport Road.

Design consultant Aniruddha Abhyankar said horizontal lines help drivers understand perspective and create a safer, less chaotic design.

Yelahanka MLA SR Vishwanath and BNCC commissioner Pommala Sunil Kumar participated in the painting effort.

The initiative is part of BNCC's Safe Footpaths campaign, with similar beautification drives planned across its limits.
