The Vikingaleden association, owner of the Viking longship replica Glad av Gillberga, alleges Universal Pictures has not paid $6,000 for repair costs after the ship was damaged during filming of Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey.
Association chair Peter Olausson says Universal reneged on an agreement to reimburse material costs for repairs performed by the owners.
Universal Pictures denies the allegation, stating that all invoices for the Glad av Gillberga, including repairs, have been paid in full and that the studio has contacted the association to resolve any misunderstanding.
