Omar Abdullah leaves Jantar Mantar in auto
Jammu & Kashmir CM Omar Abdullah fled a protest in New Delhi in an auto-rickshaw after claiming Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) supporters followed him.
Omar Abdullah was accompanied by his two sons, Zahir Abdullah and Zamir Abdullah, in the auto-rickshaw.
He justified the protest for statehood but excluded restoration of Article 370, saying the Centre will not restore it.
Omar Abdullah argued that restoration of statehood is necessary before any discussion on restoring special status for Jammu & Kashmir.
