JPSC postpones 9 recruitment exams until further notice; Civil Services Main among key tests deferred
Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) postponed nine recruitment exams, including the Combined Civil Services Main Exam, citing unavoidable reasons.
The postponement follows an ongoing CID investigation into alleged examination irregularities that has led to multiple arrests.
The Jharkhand Combined Civil Services Main Examination 2025 was scheduled from July 25–27, 2026, and is now deferred until further notice.
No revised examination dates have been announced; candidates must await fresh schedules.
Other deferred exams include Civil Judge (Junior Division) and Assistant Public Prosecutor (Backlog) written examinations.
