His discharge paper from Lady Hardinge Hospital reads: 'Multiple pellet injuries to the right upper limb, chest and inguinal region.'
Singh reported being hit by pellets around the Palika Bazaar area after police used tear gas and lathis to disperse protesters.
He said he could not feel his right arm for hours after being hit and was treated and discharged the same day.
HT previously reported three other alleged cases of pellet-like injuries involving Sheikh Irshad Mansuri, Sahil Lochab, and a 28-year-old reporter.
