AU Small Finance Bank shares rise 5% as Q1 net profit jumps 37% on lower provisions, margin expansion

AU Small Finance Bank Q1 net profit rose 37% year-on-year.

Net interest income grew 32% to Rs 2,695 crore.

Loan growth was 23% and net interest margin expanded 0.47% to 5.9%.

Lower provisions contributed to the profit increase.
