Bihar: Railway employee's wife, lover held for murder conspiracy

Bihar Police arrested a railway employee's wife, her lover, and a contract killer for murder conspiracy.

The victim, Devkumar Gunjan, was shot on the Jansadharan Express.

The wife and her lover hired the hitman to remove him as an 'obstacle' in their relationship.
