SEBI to file affidavit on Embassy REIT allegations, tells Bombay HC

Bombay High Court gave SEBI until August 27, 2026 to file affidavits in two petitions against Embassy Office Parks REIT's sponsor.

SEIB said it has already decided on one petition and will explain its reasoning.
