Bombay HC Directs Fresh FDA Inspection Of Park Inn By Radisson Navi Mumbai, Sets Aside FSSAI Licence

Bombay High Court set aside the FSSAI licence suspension of Park Inn by Radisson, Navi Mumbai, and directed a fresh FDA inspection.

The court ordered FDA officials to inspect the hotel on Saturday and submit a report by July 20, after which the suspension may be revoked if deficiencies are cured.

The hotel's FSSAI licence was suspended on July 3 following a surprise inspection on July 2 that gave a compliance score of 65 out of 108 (61%).

The hotel challenged the suspension, arguing that the order lacked specific reasons and did not follow the improvement notice procedure.
