Owaisi proposes alliance talks with Akhilesh Yadav for UP polls

Asaduddin Owaisi of AIMIM has proposed talks with Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav for the 2027 Uttar Pradesh elections.

Owaisi described the offer as a 'timely opportunity' for cooperation before it is too late.

The BJP ridiculed the proposal, calling it a 'friend request' from Owaisi to Akhilesh Yadav.
