Khavda 4C Power Transmission Launches Menstrual Health Campaign In Rural Bhiwandi

Khavda 4C Power Transmission Limited organized a menstrual health and hygiene awareness campaign for women and adolescent girls in rural Bhiwandi under its CSR programme.
The campaign covered eight villages—Ambadi, Chane, Dalonde, Dighashi, Jambhivali, Khaling, Lap Budruk, and Kharivali—with over 400 participants attending interactive sessions on menstrual hygiene, reproductive health, and preventive healthcare.
Health experts addressed safe menstrual practices, balanced nutrition, reproductive health, cervical cancer prevention, and dispelled myths surrounding menstruation.
Hygiene kits containing sanitary pads, napkins, hand sanitizer, and other essentials were distributed to all participants.
Ninad Pitle, Vice President of Khavda 4C Power Transmission, stated the programme aims to break social taboos and empower women with accurate health information.
