Gold price rises Rs 1,000 on fresh retail buying, silver slips by Rs 600

Gold price increased by Rs 1,000 due to fresh retail buying.

Silver dropped by Rs 600 to Rs 2,24,700 per kg from Rs 2,25,300 per kg.
