'BJP goons, not students, attacked police': Dipke expresses sympathy for Delhi cops injured during Jantar Mantar protest

Abhijeet Dipke, founder of Cockroach Janata Party (CJP), expressed sympathy for Delhi Police officers injured during the Jantar Mantar protest, while also highlighting the plight of students allegedly beaten by police.

Dipke alleged that the violence against police was carried out by 'goons' sent by the BJP, not by student protesters.

Dipke claimed that innocent students are being targeted instead of habitual offenders, in a conspiracy to discourage questioning of the government.

CJP spokesperson Ratna Singh wished that 1,000 injured protesters and their families could hold a press conference, citing pellet guns, tear gas, a girl in ICU, lathis on skulls, and sexual harassment by police.
