Noida man says ‘it’s not easy to work in IT’ as weekend meeting crosses 9 hours

Maddy, a Noida-based IT professional, shared on Instagram (@thisisyourmaddy) that a work-from-home meeting on Saturday, August 1, lasted 9 hours and 37 minutes and was still ongoing.

Maddy reported that the meeting had only two or three breaks of about 10 minutes each, with four participants.

He stated that the intense workload in IT makes it hard to distinguish between weekdays and weekends, and the meeting could extend 10 to 12 hours, possibly until 10 or 11 PM.
