Garbage dumped outside Kesnand Gram Panchayat in protest over ₹2.11 crore scam

A tractor-load of garbage was dumped outside Kesnand Gram Panchayat office in Pune as a protest against a ₹2.11 crore scam.

Panchayat Samiti member Kushal Satav submitted a written complaint to Maharashtra Rural Development Minister demanding investigation and criminal action.
