Ludhiana: Minor abducted, gangraped by neighbour, his two aides

A 16-year-old factory worker was allegedly abducted by a neighbour and his two aides in Ludhiana's Moti Nagar area.

The victim was taken to an isolated spot, given a spiked cold drink, and gang-raped while semi-conscious.

The Moti Nagar Police registered a case under BNS sections for gang rape, procuration of child, criminal intimidation, and POCSO Act Section 6.

The three accused, all around 21 years old, threatened the victim and fled after dropping her near her home.
