Zomato Hyperpure leases 3.5 lakh sq ft warehouse in Chennai at ₹87 lakh monthly rent

Zomato Hyperpure Private Limited, the B2B supply arm of Zomato, leased a 3.5 lakh sq ft warehouse in Chennai at Hiranandani Industrial Park, Redhills, for nine years at ₹87.46 lakh monthly rent.

The lease commenced on March 30, 2026, with a security deposit of ₹3.5 crore and annual rent escalation of 5%.

The property was leased from Jurojin Developers Private Limited, and the rental works out to ₹25 per sq ft per month.

Propstack's Raja Seetharaman highlighted the lease as evidence of B2B and q-commerce supply chains expanding into tier-1 hubs.

Last year, Zomato Hyperpure leased a 5.53 lakh sq ft warehouse in Bhiwandi, Thane, for ₹1.7 crore monthly rent, from Zuijin Developers Private Limited.
