Beheading of Indian-origin motel manager in Dallas: Prosecutors say they won't seek death penalty against accused

Prosecutors will not seek the death penalty for Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, who is accused of beheading motel manager Chandra Nagamallaiah in Dallas.

The murder allegedly followed a fierce quarrel, and footage of the act exists.

If convicted, Cobos-Martinez faces life in prison without parole.
