Lenin Movie Box Office Collection Day 3: Akhil Akkineni Starrer Shows Strong Sunday Jump

Akhil Akkineni's 'Lenin' recorded its biggest single-day earnings on its third day (Sunday) with ₹11.65 crore including overseas.

The film earned a total of ₹37.07 crore worldwide in its first weekend, with Sunday collections higher than Saturday's ₹9.65 crore.

Made on an estimated budget of ₹40 crore, 'Lenin' needs a worldwide gross of over ₹90 crore to break even, with recovery at around 40% after three days.

Directed by Murali Kishore Abburu and produced by Nagarjuna Akkineni and S. Naga Vamsi, the film stars Akhil Akkineni and Bhagyashri Borse.

Non-theatrical rights to OTT and satellite were acquired by Zee, recovering about 30% of production costs, while theatrical rights were sold for ₹25 crore in Telugu states.
