Maharashtra Political Buzz Intensifies As Jayant Patil Meets Shinde, Parth Pawar Holds Talks With Fadnavis

NCP (SP) leader Jayant Patil met Deputy CM Eknath Shinde to seek intervention in the disqualification of two municipal council members from Urun-Islampur.

Parth Pawar, MP and son of Ajit Pawar, met CM Devendra Fadnavis, discussing closer NDA ties, possible cabinet expansion, and the Finance portfolio.

Earlier, Patil had also met CM Fadnavis, and NCP leaders Praful Patel and Sunil Tatkare held separate meetings with Fadnavis, triggering speculation of realignment.

NCP state vice-president Udaykumar Aher wrote to Sunetra Pawar alleging attempts to sideline Parth Pawar and recommending him for a Union Cabinet post.
