A Canadian entrepreneur sold his tech company for millions, then spent $1.5 million building tiny homes for people without homes

Marcel LeBrun sold his cybersecurity company Radian6 for an eight-figure sum.

He invested $1.5 million of his own money to build 12 Neighbours, a community of tiny homes in Fredericton, New Brunswick.

The community includes 99 tiny homes designed to provide permanent housing for people experiencing homelessness.

The project combines affordable housing with employment opportunities and support services to help residents rebuild their lives.

LeBrun described himself as a community builder aiming to integrate vulnerable people into the wider city.
