Christine Wonsley, Nolan Wells' mother, marked his birthday month with an emotional Facebook post, saying 'This year will be different because we will be celebrating memories.'

Wells, of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, was found dead in the water off Horn Island on July 6 after going missing on July 4.

An independent autopsy commissioned by the family was inconclusive, with cause and manner of death 'undetermined' pending further investigation.

Wonsley criticized those questioning her legal team, led by attorney Ben Crump, urging focus on 'WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR SON NOLAN.'
