The post sparked debate: some supported the cafe, citing the need to prevent people from setting up complete workstations and leaving few tables for dining customers.

Others suggested alternative messaging like 'A screen-free cafe' or 'This space is designed for conversations, not co-working' rather than charging ₹99 per hour.
