Criston Cole dies in 'House of the Dragon' Season 3

Criston Cole, the Lord Commander of the Kingsguard, died in 'House of the Dragon' Season 3 Episode 6 during a suicide mission against Team Black's army of Rivermen and Winter Wolves.

Cole was shot by an arrow three times, including one in the face, after being lured into a trap and surrounded by enemies.

Gwayne Hightower abandoned Cole after learning of his promise to die a warrior's death.

Cole attempted to surrender to Team Black, but they continued their attack and slaughtered his men after his death.

Episode 7 will be released next week on JioHotstar; the season premiered on June 21, 2026, and concludes on August 9, 2026.
