Mother vanishes after leaving baby at Kozhikode hospital

A mother vanished after leaving her 16-day-old baby girl at Kozhikode Medical College Hospital.

The baby was born at the same hospital where she was later left.

Authorities have filed a complaint and begun an investigation to trace the mother and determine the reasons for the act.
