Kusha Kapila’s co-founder reveals he quit ₹3 crore job to travel the world: ‘One day I just left’

Vimarsh Razdan, co-founder and CEO of shapewear brand Underneat, quit a ₹3 crore-per-annum job to travel the world for one year.

Razdan worked 18 to 20 hours daily for 13 years before deciding to leave.

He traveled to Iceland, Croatia, Paris, and other locations across Europe during his year off.

The experience changed his perspective, leading him to prioritize rest and thoughtful work over constant grind.

After returning, he built Underneat and two other businesses with a focus on clarity and sustainable effort.
