Heavy rain in Shimla: Deodar tree falls, blocks road near CM's house

A deodar tree uprooted by heavy monsoon rains blocked a road near Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu's official residence, Oak Over, in Shimla on Saturday.

Restoration work began immediately to clear the important route.

A local councillor raised concerns about other hazardous trees.
