BMC acts against 2 housing societies over tree damage, illegal pruning

BMC has taken action against two housing societies for tree damage and illegal pruning.

Additional Municipal Commissioner Avinash Dhakane stated BMC will not show leniency to violators of tree protection norms.

Citizens are urged to report incidents of tree damage.
