Domestic help killed after SUV runs over her in Gurugram society parking

A 52-year-old domestic help named Guddi Devi was killed when a resident's Mahindra Thar ran over her in the stilt parking of Ansal Versalia society in Sector 67, Gurugram.

The accident occurred between 2pm and 2.20pm while Guddi Devi was resting in the parking area; the driver, a fourth-floor resident, was attempting to park and panicked after the incident.

The driver reversed the Mahindra Thar, alerted neighbours, and used her other car to rush Guddi Devi to a private hospital in Sector 68, where she died around 4pm from chest injuries and multiple fractures.

Police seized the Mahindra Thar and are examining CCTV footage; an FIR was being registered against the driver under Section 106 (causing death by negligence).
