Neo Group appoints Anirban Banerjee as co-founder and chief people officer

Neo Group appointed Anirban Banerjee as co-founder and chief people and transformation officer.

Banerjee will lead people strategy, talent development, leadership capability, organisational design, culture and enterprise transformation.

He previously served as chief human resources officer at Avendus Group and helped establish HR at 360 ONE (formerly IIFL Wealth).

Nitin Jain, chairman and managing director of Neo Group, said Banerjee's experience would add depth as the firm enters its next phase.

Neo Group managed approximately Rs 1.3 lakh crore in combined assets under advice and assets under management as of June 30, 2026.
