Zepto aims to list in the next 2-3 quarters, CEO Aadit Palicha tells employees after IPO pause

Zepto CEO Aadit Palicha told employees the company plans to go public in the next 2-3 quarters, placing the IPO between February and May 2027.
Zepto will not need to refile its draft IPO papers with SEBI; it will only submit updated financial statements as an addendum.
The company paused its IPO after valuation expectations fell sharply, with mutual funds pricing the pre-IPO round between $2.5 billion and $3 billion post-money, down from $7 billion in October 2025.
Zepto raised over Rs 1,000 crore ($100 million) in a pre-IPO round from existing investors including Glade Brook, General Catalyst, Goodwater Capital, and Nexus Venture Partners.
Zepto reduced its quarterly cash burn from over Rs 900 crore to around Rs 700 crore, extending its runway.
