Papers forged for fraudulent sale of Zirakpur flat, 4 booked

Bhupinder Singh, Amandeep Singh, Jaskaran Kumar, and advocate Khushpal Singh forged an authority letter dated May 12, 2025, using signatures of company directors.

Bhupinder Singh executed a registered sale deed on May 21, 2025, transferring a company-owned flat in Highland Park (Terraces), Bhabat, Zirakpur to Amandeep Singh without company payment.

The forged signatures were identified by Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL), Phase IV, Mohali.

Bhupinder Singh claimed the company owed him ₹52 lakh in pending salary and commission, alleging authorization to sell the flat to recover dues.

An FIR was registered under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 336(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), and 61 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
