Ohio Rep. Max Miller released secret audio recordings of his ex-wife Emily Moreno, which support some of her abuse claims.

In the recordings, Emily Moreno accuses Miller of substance abuse, expresses fear, and says she found needles near his bed, which she photographed.

Miller denied having needles near his bed and offered to take a drug test, while Moreno said she would send him images of the needles.

The conversation on August 20, 2024, was recorded without Moreno's knowledge, and she had also searched Miller's backpack.

Miller later admitted to undergoing testosterone replacement therapy, which may relate to drug testing discussions.
