French prosecutors seek prison sentences and social media bans for streamers Owen Cenazandotti (Naruto) and Safine Hamadi in the Jean Pormanove case.

The streamers are accused of violent and humiliating online broadcasts on Kick between 2023 and 2025, including slapping, kicking, and paintball attacks.

Prosecutor Maud Marty requested a 30-month sentence (18 months suspended) and a €30,000 fine for Naruto, and an 18-month suspended sentence with €15,000 fine for Hamadi.

The streamers claim the videos were staged and agreed upon for entertainment; Pormanove's mother defended them after his death in August 2025.

A verdict is expected on August 5, 2026, with separate investigations ongoing into Kick's role and subsequent streams by the group.
