Bank of America Exits Chicago Plan to Sell Overdue Parking Debt

Bank of America has ended its partnership with Chicago on selling overdue parking debt.

The debt comes from unpaid fines and fees owed to the city.

Chicago officials have been unable to advance the deal this year, according to the mayor's office.
