Arshad Warsi and Maria Goretti's restored 150-year-old Portuguese villa Casa Zen in Goa

Arshad Warsi and Maria Goretti restored a 150-year-old Portuguese villa in Saligao, North Goa, named Casa Zen.

Casa Zen is a five-bedroom heritage property with vibrant interiors, a swimming pool, solar panels, and lush gardens.

The property is available for tourist rental at Rs 75,000 per night plus taxes.

Warsi fitted solar panels on the roof as a sustainable addition to the heritage structure.
