Panchkula: Man who gave weapons to shooters arrested in Swiss Lounge firing case

Shakil Ansari, accused of supplying weapons to shooters, was arrested in the Swiss Lounge firing case.

Ansari was brought on a production warrant from Rajasthan's Sri Ganganagar jail and sent to seven days of police remand.

The firing occurred on June 4 at Swiss Lounge in Sector 5, injuring Rattan Lubana and Lalit.

Ansari is linked to the Rohit Godara-Goldy Brar gang and had provided logistical support to shooters Jaspreet Singh and Harpreet Singh.

Three persons were earlier arrested in the case.
