LG directs MCD to adopt Indore model to manage waste at source

Delhi LG Taranjit Singh Sandhu directed MCD to adopt Indore's waste management model.

The directive was issued on Monday as part of solid waste management improvement efforts.

MCD will implement the model as a pilot project in one of its zones.

The Indore model focuses on managing waste at the source.
