Cracks reappear in Punjab Congress days after Delhi unity show

Channi-Bajwa camp and Warring made separate visits to support protesting sanitation workers in Barnala.

Channi, Bajwa, Randhawa, and Rana Gurjit Singh visited together in the forenoon; Warring arrived separately in the evening.

The separate appearances came days after Delhi meetings chaired by Punjab Congress in-charge Bhupesh Baghel aimed at unity.

Channi questioned CM Bhagwant Mann and AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal over failure to regularise sanitation workers.

Warring said Congress would gherao the SSP’s office and approach the Punjab and Haryana high court if the Barnala SSP failed to register a case.
